All Orders are subjected to the Terms and Conditions listed below:

1. PRICE AND TERMS OF SALES
Published price lists and from time to time we may revise company policies, subject to change without notice. Printer Mechanix is not responsible for typographical errors. A dealer resale certificate must be on file or applicable state sales tax will be added to invoice.  

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Company Check, Cashier Check, and Money Order are also accepted. COD  payments are available based on approval. Net terms available for Hospitals, Schools and Government Agencies. We charge $20 for any returned check. Printer Mechanix reserves the right to refuse or revoke credit. Customers will be notified in writing if terms are refused or cancelled.  

3. CORE EXCHANGE
Some of our remanufactured fuser assembly and maintenance kit are being sold based on our “Core Exchange Program”, which means buyers are expected to return a similar defective unit within 15 days after the date of sale. Defective fuser cores must be in repairable or "as failed" condition.

4. WARRANTY
Products carry a 30 days warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a warranty situation exists, contact Printer Mechanix for a RMA number. Printer Mechanix will not warranty any OEM products. The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from the improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification, or inability to use Printer Mechanix products. If a part is returned because of non-defective reasons and are not at Printer Mechanix's fault, a 15 %( or $20 minimum) restocking fee (whichever is higher) will apply.  

5. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
If the Printer Mechanix products are proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy, at Printer Mechanix's option, shall be refunded at the purchase price of or to repair the defective Printer Mechanix products only.

6. MINIMUM ORDER
$25.00 minimum on each order. Order under minimum will have a surcharge of $5.00, no exceptions.  

7. RETURN POLICY
A 20% restocking fee may apply to all non-warranty returns. Printer Mechanix reserves the right to refuse any non-warranty returns that are not returned to us within 30 days; parts must be unopened and in their original packaging.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
We will never share, exchange or sell any information about our customers to any third party under any circumstances. We use this information only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders. Printer Mechanix is committed to protecting our customers' privacy.
